I am a 20 year old male who was just curious if I didn’t have insurance on my motorcycle and and got into a crash which caused damage to another person’s property would my parents have legal liability of my damages since I am still claimed as a dependent and still live at home.

No, you would be since you’re over 18. However, since you’re a dependent they could peruse your parents for their assets once a judgement is levied against you.

who’s the owner of the Motorcycle? you or parents? (name on title)
the owner is libel if you are under 18, but since your 20 your recolonized as an adult….you are the one who would be in big trouble in the eyes of the law.

how old, ? if you cannot afford liability insurance on a motorcycle you need to sell the bike like a man and take the frigging bus. get out into the real world, get out of the basement, get a job move on, heed I say more, this is a question that defies logic from a 20 year old.

No, you’re an adult. You would be responsible.
